Itaú Unibanco, commonly known as Itaú, is the largest private bank in Brazil and the largest financial conglomerate in the southern hemisphere, headquartered in the city of São Paulo. The bank was created on November 4, 2008 from the merger between Banco Itaú and Unibanco, two of the largest financial institutions in the country, resulting in the largest financial conglomerate in the southern hemisphere and one of the 20 largest in the world in terms of market value.

Present in 21 countries, the bank has around 5,000 branches in Brazil and abroad and 26,000 ATMs and service points, in addition to having more than 99,000 employees, almost 55 million customers and more than 95,000 shareholders. In 2016, Itaú's asset portfolio reached R$1.43 trillion reais - the largest in the country. It was elected in 2022 by the Great Place to Work® (GPTW Brasil) as the best company to work for, in the category with more than 10,000 employees in the ranking of the 150 best companies to work for in Brazil. In April 2012, Itaú Unibanco was classified as the 30th largest company in the world by the American magazine Forbes.

Itaú Personnalité, is the high-income segment of Itaú Unibanco, and underwent its biggest transformation since it was created in 1996. The idea is to respond to new customer needs and modernize the value proposition.

Itaú Personnalité's new visual identity reflects the evolutions made in recent years in the way it serves customers, offering more autonomy, self-service and consultancy. This new moment also brings the development of new products and services, such as the creation of the Investment Center, the new black card modalities and the launches of The One and Minhas Vantagens. Itaú Personnalité wants to mark this moment as a new way of presenting itself, responding to the new high-income market and, above all, to the new lifestyle of customers.
